The local specialties are snail dishes and regional dishes of Powiśle and Warmia, which allow you to get to know and appreciate the culinary heritage of the region. The chef is Jakub Wolski known from the Hell's Kitchen program. 

The restaurant's event program includes cooking workshops with famous chefs, live cooking, tastings, shows and participation in regional events such as Elbląg Days and Elbląg Bread Festival.

The restaurant co-creates the network tourist product "In the Land of the Snail", offering additional attractions such as a playground, a mini snail farm, an educational path, thematic play zones for children. On site, you can buy culinary delicacies such as canned snails and innovative, ecological creams based on snail slime.

The modern complex includes restaurant rooms on 3 levels for a total of 300 people, a coffee bar, a conference room and a large parking lot.

NOVA restaurant. Take It Slow, being located on the snail trail of Powiśle region offers unique cuisine that links tradition with modernity. In this new building located on the S-7 Warsaw-Gdańsk route, the chef is Jakub Wolski, known for his participation in the Hell's Kitchen program. In line with current trends, the restaurant uses mainly products from local producers. Specialite de la maison are, of course, snail dishes incl. lettuce with crispy snail, crispy snail, fish soup with snails. In addition, the a'la cart menu offers both vegan, vegetarian and traditional meat dishes, including:

- burgers in various versions,

- interesting starters, including ripening salmon tartare and roasted beet hummus,

- main courses in the form of, among others: crunchy perches, dumplings with duck, various unique types of salads.

The restaurant offers both on-site and take-away services. Every day the restaurant also offers lunch dishes.

Culinary workshops are a proposal for everyone who loves cooking, experimenting with flavors and exploring new possibilities. These are fantastic classes combining theoretical course and practical classes, which also provide a lot of fun - because for people with a passion for cooking, it is pure pleasure.

These workshops include a theoretical lecture, practical training - preparation of a few dishes, technical facilities, a souvenir of participation in the workshops.

The theoretical part of the workshop is combined of the presentation of dishes and tasting wine and snacks prepared by the organizer. Later, the workshops smoothly move to the practical part of preparing dishes by hand, after which the participants eat their own meals on the spot or receive take-out food.

The topics of the workshops can be selected from the current list proposed by the Nova Restaurant, examples of course topics: snails in various ways, desserts, seafood, fish, meat, vegetarian cuisine, regional specialties of Powiśle, Warmia and Masuria.
